Refund Policy

All event purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, we offer a one-time store credit that may be applied to a future event (This does not apply for The Collective 3-on-3 Classic, this event is non-refundable).

This credit is only available for your first absence if given within an 8-hour notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for a second or subsequent absence.

To redeem the store credit, you are responsible for notifying us of the future event you’d like to apply it to. We will then provide a unique discount code for use at registration.
