What to expect:
Skills Lab is a structured training + play session designed for women 18+ to help you improve and apply your game in real time.
Each session is broke into 2 sections: 30 minutes of skills and drills followed by 30 minutes of organized live play. Coaches provide live feedback throughout, so you can immediately practice what you learn in game situations.
This isn’t an open run—it’s intentional training, real reps, and coached play.
When: July 2026 (valid for 4 total sessions)
Location: 6508 Wunderlin Ave, San Diego, CA 92114 (Encanto Recreation Center)
Time: 8:00-9:00pm
